The food system is complex, so it is hard to summarise, but we have now condensed it further into a one-page diagram. (Click on the image for a larger version)
For us a bottom line is the need to shift from an extractive food system, one that finds us importing a lot of food, to a regenerative system that rebuilds our health (and animal health), our environment and our economy. By supporting biodiversity and ecosystems, reducing food miles, excess packaging and food waste, we are helping to heal the climate too.
